Got any plans for the day before Mother’s Day? Then we have a treat for you. On Saturday May 10, one of our favorite brunch spots The Breakfast Club and Tinto, Aguadilla’s Premier Wine Bar, will join forces to serve up a deliciously decadent three-course brunch crafted by Chef Courtney Parks paired with three refreshing wines.
The Brunch will have 2 seatings. The first seating will be at 11:00 a.m. and the second seating at 1:00 p.m.
The menu and wines will be as follows:
- Grilled Asparagus, Poached Egg and shaved Parmesan on Grilled Bread. The dish will be paired with Dominio de la Vega Brut Pinot Noir NV, Utiel-Requena, Spain.
- Pan Seared Shrimp w/ roasted Corn Grits, Applewood smoked Bacon, Scallions and sharp Cheddar. The dish will be paired with Sebastiani Chardonnay 2010, Sonoma, California.
- Goat Cheese Tart with a Caramel corn crust and Blueberry-Lavender sauce. The dish will be paired with Craggy Range Sauvignon Blanc 2011, Martinborough, New Zealand.
