Today is a very special day for us here at Puerto Rico Eats. It marks the very first anniversary of our page and we could not be happier. A year ago, I took my first baby steps into the blogging world with one mission, to show locals and tourists the best places to eat and drink in Puerto Rico, focusing solely on local establishments (no chains!). Why? Because I wanted people to get to know the amazing things this island has to offer and promote Puerto Rico as a culinary destination. Never in a million years could I have imagined all the great things that would come and all the amazing people I would meet along this journey.
