To celebrate the success of the restaurant Mi Casa by José Andrés, located at the Dorado Beach Hotel, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Chef José Andrés has decided to introduce some new dishes to the restaurant’s menu. After experimenting with local flavors, new tastes, and some requests, José Andrés and his team have developed new delicacies that include dishes like Iberico Ham Croquettes, Cod Brandade with onions cooked in honey, Sanlúcar Prawns with Mojo Isleño and Chayote Mojo, Iberico Pork Tenderloin with onions and tomatoes, and Suckling Pig from Guavate with a corn purée a la vanille and pickled plantains, just to name a few.
To introduce this new menu, Mi Casa by José Andrés will hold a dinner this Saturday, November 1 at 6:00 p.m. where Chef José Andrés, known for his television program Made in Spain and his famous restaurants in Washington, DC, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Miami, will cook with his team for all those in attendance.
