As part of one of the most important celebrations of our culture, Molasses, the exclusive restaurant located at the St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort presents its Mother’s Day Brunch created specifically to celebrate the occasion. Families who wish to treat their mothers with exquisite gastronomy may do so this Sunday, May 10, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at a cost of $65.00 per person. During the event there will be live musical entertainment and activities for children.
The delicious menu, carefully crafted by Gustavo Sánchez, executive chef of the hotel, has various breakfast favorites and eggs made to order, paninis and omelets with ingredients like spinach, salmon, mushrooms, bacon, fresh tomatoes, among others. Moreover, the menu has a wide variety of sweet options like pancakes with butter, your choice of chocolate chip, blueberry, banana or coconut French Toast with syrup and guava. Lunch options are divided into two stations: hot and cold. Among the options available at the cold station are: local snapper ceviche marinated in passion fruit, cured salmon, avocado salad with red onion, cilantro and lime vinaigrette, among others. On the other hand, the hot stations have: sweet potato soup, roasted chicken with lemon spices, charred pork tenderloin, pickled cassava, and pigeon pea and skirt steak risotto. The impressive dessert selection includes cookies, tarts, besitos de coco, tres leches cake and more.
The event will also have activities for children organized by the Iguana Club from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. This way, all the members of the family get to enjoy the special day.
