Available daily from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., patrons can be treated to the creative blend of traditional Japanese cuisine and bold Caribbean flavors. Born in Tsukushima, Japan, Keiko Yabuuchi has been a pioneer of Japanese food in Puerto Rico for over 20 years, establishing sushi bars in Puerto Rico’s most prominent destinations.
