This Sunday, February 28, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. onward the Museum of Art of Puerto Rico (MAPR) will celebrate gastronomy on wheels with the “What the Truck” event. The same will be held at the museum’s sculptural botanical gardens. For the first time, this Santurce institution presents a food truck fest in its grounds thanks to an alliance with Food Truck Republic, an organization that brings together some of the best food trucks in the Island. Crowd favorites such as The Meatball Company, Dondesea, Yummy Dumplings, Cosechas, Mi Suegra, La Caribeña, and Cool Hope will be offering their culinary delights to those in attendance. La Bodega de Méndez, Veuve Clicquot and Heineken will also be present at the event. Live music will be in charge of Gabriel y Mora and Millo Torres y el Tercer Planeta.
