The latest edition of Saborea Puerto Rico, a Culinary Extravaganza, will be held from April 5 to April 8, 2018. This time around the largest gastronomic festival of the Caribbean returns with a new event format and a new home, the Municipality of Carolina, where the first edition of Saborea was held back in 2008.
The event kicks off with Bubbles and Bites which will be held at the Intercontinental Hotel San Juan in Isla Verde. While Saborea Sunset and Saborea Oceanside Brunch will make its debut on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8, respectively, at the adjoining space at the Balneario del Municipio de Carolina. As in previous years, Saborea will have guest chefs from Canada and the United States, which will be paired with a local chef for a special presentation during Saborea Oceanside Brunch.
Tickets for Saborea are on sale at ticketerapr.com or saboreapuertorico.com. If you have a Mastercard, make sure you pay for your tickets with the credit card to enjoy a special discount. For a weekend pass, which includes Bubbles and Bites, Saborea Sunset and Saborea Oceanside Brunch, tickets are $165.00 or $125.00 when paying with your Mastercard. You can also purchase individual tickets for the events you want to attend.
