The Food Truck Palooza hits Caguas this Saturday, September 12 from 5:00 p.m. on. The event will be held at the parking lot of the Ydelfonso Solá Morales Stadium. Those in attendance will enjoy, free of charge, a gastronomic feast, in the hands of the most recognized food trucks in Puerto Rico. Make sure you bring your beach chairs along. No coolers will be allowed at the entrance.
The Food Truck Palooza by Food Truck Republic seeks to give the public a space to have a great time and serve as a meeting point for friends and family. The initiative aims to offer a varied gastronomic offer by food trucks from all over the Island all in the same place. The event hopes to become a platform to support the economic and social development of Puerto Rico, and, above all, to support the food truck movement which is reinventing the way Puerto Rico eats.
