Experience a superb dining in San Juan this Valentine’s Day, at the hotel’s al fresco restaurant – Ocean Bar and Grill – which will feature a lavish and romantic prix fixe seven course menu and wine pairing curated by the luxury resort’s own Chef Ernesto. Inspired by the finest ingredients, the dinner will showcase items such as Wild Mushroom Achiote Ravioli, Smoked Octopus Serenata, Osso Bucco Mignon and Maine Lobster Filet with Criolla Gel. Couples may also savor a private dinner on the beach where their every desire is taken care of. The Ocean Bar & Grill special prix fixe dinner will take place on Saturday, February 13th and Sunday, February 14th; both nights include romantic live entertainment. Reservations are available between 6:30 P.M. and 9:30 P.M., at a cost of $99 per person.
At the resort’s famed BLT Steak, talented Chef de Cuisine José Martín invites locals and guests alike to celebrate Valentine’s Day with quintessential steakhouse fare and specialty items. A curated BLT Steak Blackboard menu especially for Valentine’s Day will be served throughout the weekend with seating times between 6:00 P.M. and 9:00 P.M. Pricing is à la carte.
