O:live Boutique Hotel, internationally recognized as one of the best boutique hotels in the world, recently revealed the opening of its rooftop under a new concept that will allow visitors non-members of the hotel to enjoy by prior reservation the exclusive space in Condado. The new access comes along with a renewed menu created by Chef Mario Pagán and the launch of O:live Society, a new platform for events taking place in the impressive rooftop of the property. With breathtaking views of the Condado lagoon, the place sits as the perfect location for entertainment, social gatherings, as well as, gastronomic and sporting events.
“With this refreshing proposal we expand our service portfolio and strengthen our presence in the local market”, said Loisse Herger, co-owner of O:live Boutique Hotel. “Since we started operations in 2012, we have been very successful developing a unique boutique property that has been recognized with the most important international awards. We want to share and celebrate these attributes and the new platform is part of those efforts”, she added.
O:live Society will be part of the luxury accommodations and service proposal offered by the hotel, expanding the access to the rooftop for visitors interested in experiencing its exceptional hospitality and events, without a membership requirement. In the past, the rooftop experience was available only to hotel guests and members. Now, non-members will be able to make reservations and subscribe to the events platform.
O:live Society will announce and publish its events and related content in the hotel webpage. The first of these events will be held on Sunday, November 13, 2016 with an exclusive brunch to welcome Puerto Rico’s festive season. The menu will be designed by Chef Mario Pagán who will combine elements of the new menu with inspirations of the local seasonal cuisine.

Businesswise, O:live Boutique Hotel is at one of its best moments with a new nomination to the World Boutique Hotel Awards, the first and only international awards organization exclusively dedicated to recognizing unique excellence among luxury boutique hotels.
